| Following a burst from the bathroom above Water had weakened part of the ceiling. All damaged plaster and lathes were removed and then re-boarded. The full ceiling was then overskimmed, leaving no trace of the re-boarded part of the ceiling |

| The customer had wanted to move the existing doorway so the dooryway was bricked up. In order to get a level the new brickwork was applied with two coats of bonding plaster, then using a straight edge, leveled to the existing wall. The full wall was then overskimmed to achieve a nice smooth finished wall with no trace of the previous doorway |

| After having a new damp proof course, any loose plaster was hacked off, in order for the electrician to put new wiring in for additional sockets. The wall was then rendered (sand and cement) covering all new trunking. The full wall was then overskimmed, ready for new kitchen units. |

| All walls were covered with artex, which the customer wanted rid of. To cover the very dense artex, all walls had to be bonded, first in preperation for skimming. All windows and archways were fitted with new angle beads covering the old wood dowel beading. After bonding all walls were skimmed leaving no trace of the dreaded artex |
